A Garden for all Seasons Pukeiti Rhododendron Trust (Inc) has a large garden set in the foothills of Mt Egmont, just south of New Plymouth, Taranaki in the North Island of New Zealand. A large collection of rhododendrons, vireya rhododendrons, azaleas and other plants. The website has been recently upgraded and includes some wonderful images of rhododendrons from the gardens. |

American Rhododendron Society (ARS) The American Rhododendron Society website is a comprehensive site with extensive information on matters relating to the genus Rhododendron. Here you will find lists of species & hybrids in a database which is searchable by several criteria. There are about 1000 colour photographs of rhododendrons and azaleas. Well worth a visit for both beginner and enthusiast rhododendron fancier.

Orton Bradley Park, Charteris Bay, Banks Peninsular, Canterbury. The garden at Orton Bradley Park is a comprehensive collection of old and new rhododendron hybrids as well as a large collection of New Zealand raised and registered hybrids. Also contained in the garden is a comprehensive rhododendron species collection...including many rare varieties. As well as the rhododendrons there is an extensive array of companion plants including some rare, small, companion trees. The garden is the special garden of the Canterbury Rhododendron Society and is part of the extensive, historical, Orton Bradley Park, a farm park, on the edge of Lyttleton Harbour. Heritage Park, Kimbolton, Manawatu. This is the website of Heritage Park, the former garden of the NZRA, now administered by a Charitable Trust. The park has a comprehensive collection of New Zealand hybrid rhododendrons and azaleas accompanied by many trees.
